Agreed with a previous review. Hit or miss. Mostly hit so I’ll keep coming back but my last haircut was meh, still tipped good and not even a have a nice day or thank you.

It's hit or miss with most stylists, and we all have bad days. But for the most part, these people are pretty good and I'm usually happy with my haircuts. Hate that they don't open until 9:45 AM (other locations in the area open at 9:00), and also that you can't check-in or reserve an appointment before they open. We do a pretty popular internet livestream and our day starts before noon, and that 45 minutes can make or break you. Do the VIP but skip the massage - it's machine-based and kinda hokey.
