It's hit or miss with most stylists, and we all have bad days. But for the most part, these people are pretty good and I'm usually happy with my haircuts. Hate that they don't open until 9:45 AM (other locations in the area open at 9:00), and also that you can't check-in or reserve an appointment before they open. We do a pretty popular internet livestream and our day starts before noon, and that 45 minutes can make or break you. Do the VIP but skip the massage - it's machine-based and kinda hokey.

I have never had any thing other than an outstanding experience at this barber shop. My Dad brought me here when it hadn't been open long. I was a teenager. After college in Austin, I returned to the area late last year and only had one haircut until restrictions were imposed. As usual, my experience on Friday 5/15/2020 was outstanding...especially considering that we are living in a pandemic. I can't say enough good things about this location. During my four years in TX I visited 5 or 6 different shops. This one is still the best!!!

Great overall experience, because of my stylist Tess . She is a very talented stylist, that unlike many “so called “ stylists can actually give a professional consistent scissors cut. She has a great personality and is a true asset and great representative of your brand!
